Donna will share from her experiences most recently as a U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Florida and as the Senior Vice President, Risk and Compliance and Chief Compliance Officer for Education Management Corporation (EDMC), a $1.9 billion provider of post-secondary education with 110 campuses, more than 90,000 students and approximately 20,000 employees. During her time at EDMC, Donna created an independent compliance department to improve and expand the company’s corporate compliance and internal investigations program. Donna also has extensive experience with governmental programs such as the Department of Justice, Homeland Security and Defense.
