COMPLY2016 Kraken Awards

The winners of the 2016 Kraken Awards were Quicken Loans for Commitment to Marketing Compliance and OnDeck Capital for Most Innovative in Marketing Compliance.

Two weeks ago at COMPLY2016, we gave out the highly coveted Kraken awards to a couple of very special clients. The winners this year were Quicken Loans for Commitment to Marketing Compliance and OnDeck Capital for Most Innovative in Marketing Compliance.

The Kraken Award for Commitment to Marketing Compliance is given to the company that has demonstrated their overall commitment to a culture of compliance, which can be demonstrated through overall oversight by marketing compliance employees, a wide variety of departments being involved in compliance efforts, and high levels of usage of monitoring and remediation technology and activity. We were proud to present this award to Quicken Loans this year. Quicken Loans increased their PerformMatch coverage over the past 3 years to monitor affiliate channels, display ads, TCPA disclosures, and mobile websites for compliance. Members of their Affiliates program, the Lead Buy team, and the Legal department are all involved in using PerformMatch to oversee marketing compliance.

The Kraken Award for Most Innovative in Marketing Compliance is given to the company that has shown true innovation with our platform and the ability to think outside the box in ways that not only benefit their organization as PerformMatch users, but also help improve and drive forward our product. OnDeck stood out as a client for seeing the benefits of our Vendor Portal for remediating third-party call centers and adapting it to monitor their internal call centers—leading to the creation of the Agent Portal. Today, this Agent Portal allows their sales operations team to deliver timely feedback and coaching to their agents to not only drive performance, but to remain compliant in the process as well.
